Front End Web Designer for Ongoing Work

We are looking for a Front End Web Designer to create designs for new projects on an ongoing basis. We are looking for someone preferably in the London area of the UK but will consider using someone based anywhere in the world.

This is purely design work, no development necessary as this will be handled in house. As a guide, our last designer would give us 3 home page concepts which is ideally what we are looking for from our next designer.
