Front end to database

Have a web database, want a front end that looks like our ecommerce site, however the new site does not need a shopping trolley or be able to take payments - I simply want to upload product picture and details onto the database. The website user would generate an email request for a quote that gives me the quantity of items the enquirer wants along with the number of colours he wants the product branded.

I reckon I will have about 500 products to upload distributed over about 20 catagories.

My main competitor is http://www.ideasbynet.com/ - so need a site similar to this but in the style of www.linkupltd.com
