Flex RIA coder for existing application

We are in meed of a Flex/Actionscript application developer for an existing application.

The application itself is written using actionscript 3 and interfaces with a SOAP webservice via cakephp to a Joomla dropshipping component.

Initially we only require a few minor changes but future development is being discussed with the client.

Attached is a screengrab of the application and the initial changes are;

1. Change the "text" label on the right to "Add text here" and flash in red.
2. Make the "next step" button more obvious and possibly flash in red.
3. Add a status message prompting the user to click the button for next step once any changes have been made to the design.

We are open to discussing an hourly rate or fixed price.
