Flash XML Interactive Apartment Block

The requirement is for an interactive Flash presentation as a sales tool for an apartment building.

Users will be able to rotate the apartment block to view all 4 facades, and rollover those facades to browse the different apartments (240 units). On rolling over each unit, a tooltip will appear to tell them the apartment number, and whether it is Sold or Available. The client will be able to update this information via a TXT file, so the Flash file will call in the data using XML.

Clicking on one of the rollovers will bring up the 2D Floor Plan in a pop-up window, and the user will be able to zoom in and out to view the plan. Again, content from the TXT file will be used to populate this window, eg with a description of the apartment.

All rendered visuals of the 3D model of the apartment building will be provided - frames for a 360-degree rotation around the building will be supplied in JPEG format.

The Flash file will be incorporated into a website. A preloader would probably be a good idea. Further info is noted in the attached image.

We are currently quoting for this work so it is not yet a sure thing, but the client is keen and timescale would be to deliver within a month.
