General information for the business: corporate team building and entertainment services
Database management system (DBMS): Microsoft Access
Description of requirements/functionality: I have attached some screen shots of our current Access setup for review and discussion. We want to ultimately create two reports that we can utilize. One report is called event packet sheet. It provides information regarding each one of our events we book. An event number automatically generates as each event is completed in the script. We want to update the script to include - The address of the site that is entered, name of the event room/location, the time needs to allow inclusion of AM or PM, the date needs to be revised to show start date and finish date of the event. Currently we do not use the items in the boxes such as Quot, contract, insurance, program, prlist, bille. additionally, we do not use the boxes on the bottom Prizerecvd, servrecd, extracvd.... Again, I will do some more research to see why we included this in the original script.
Basically, we also need to create a report that allows us to view all of the vendors we use throughout the year. Can you also advise if reports include graphs or charts.
