Fix 2 Issues on my Wordpress Multisite

Hi All,

Please note that this job is specifically related to Wordpress Multisite. If you know what is it and you really have worked with it, then please apply here otherwise do not waste your valuable time. In order to assess you, whether you know it or not, please write 2 main differences between Wordpress and Wordpress Multisite. Any application missing it, will be considered as SPAM.

Platform:
Wordpress Multisite 3.3 on Linux server.

Background:
I want to offer my clients to create a free blog by signup on my site. I used Wordpress Multisite for this purpose. In order to facilitate them and to overcome their initial working, I created some of the required pages which they can edit easily later if they want.

What I have done:
1. Created a parent blog having several pages with content and custom navigation menu as per my need. Please note that navigation menu is not based on name of the pages, it is in custom order.

2. Changed default Home page in the Settings >> Reading option with custom static page.

3. I have also removed default pages (the pages created when you install a new wordpress site) from parent blog.

4. On signup a new blog will be created, which is the clone of parent blog. This new blog will have all of the pages I want with their content. In order to achieve this I used a plugin named Defaultblog available at http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/default-blog-options/.

Problems:
Issue # 1:
Whenever a new blog created, navigation menu is not in my required custom order. It is based on the default page name order, which is not desired.

Issues # 2
I want that every new blog signup will get only pages from parent blog with custom home page. This new blog should not have default home page and sample page. Is there any way to disable the creation of default home page and sample page when new blog sign up?

Bonus:
I can offer a bounty of additional $5 if you will provide me well researched information about the hosting requirement for Wordpress Multisite. I dont want to spend a lot on hosting but I also dont want to get lagging and slow processing. Information regarding an optimal, efficient and reliable hosting pacakge is required. I am expected to get appx. 25 blogs in six months.
