Facebook Share Button Not working corectly

Something very odd is going on. Only certain posts will post correctly with the title and image of the post. However some dont work at all. I just get a very long url instead of the post title and no image.

Id figure they either ALL work or the dont, but the fact that some do and some dont really makes me wonder what is going on.

I need this working properly so that when users hit the share button the post title, image and post description are populated correctly.
