Excellent Joomla! Developer required for module customisation

I require some customisation work to combine 2 modules into one, apply styling and generally tidy up. The modules incorporate text and images both of which must be easily modifiable/editable, as I will need to change the content periodically.

I have attached two screen shots which should explain the job, but please do come back to me with any queries or questions. the first screen grab shows the two modules in position, and the second one is annotated with the ideas I would like incorporated.
