Excellent drupal web designer, UX, developer and theming specialiast wanted for urget project

I have an urgent project which is 80% complete for functional requirements for an events website. What we want is a good developer with experience building social networks to take the project to completion in areas of design, layout to certain pages, theming and updates to certain areas based on recommendations and feedback. We want a creative thinker who can add ideas and suggestions from experience as well as opinions if necessary on improvements to give the site a WOW factor. Please note this is am urgent project so someone who can work quickly is preferable and a drupal expert. Please do not bid if you do not have the skills or an eye for design. Attention to detail is key and you must be able to meet strict time scales.
