Description
Experience Level: Expert
Estimated project duration: less than 1 week
General information for the business: Finance
Description of requirements/functionality: HI guys,
We need a macro in Excel or Access, whatever you think is easiest for you, that has the following entries:
a) it will expect two entries: a static heading and a set of data (In excel or Access as per your request)
b) The set of data is a bunch of rows with some pre-define columns.
c) The static heading will be a template that is common to all pdf documents that will be generated.
The outcomes will be individual pdf files that contain a subset of these data according to a very well defined and unique criteria that we will provided. Let's suppose that the data set has 20 rows with 11 predefined columns. We identify subsets within those 20 rows by column 11th for example so that all of those rows which column 11th is "X" belong to the same subset.
For each subset identified above we need to generate a two pages PDF document which will contain:
a) The static heading
b) A subset of data. This subset contain two types of rows according to one of the columns. Let's call it now as "A" and "B" types. If the row is type "A" it will stay in the first page. By contrary if it is of type "B" it will be in the second page of the pdf document.
c) A dynamic subheading on top of the table of each page in the pdf document will have to be provided as well.
We can provide further details on Skype and by here before approval. Ideally we would like to get this done early next week.
Best,
D.
