carwow is an online marketplace for brand new cars. We provide users with the best way to buy a car and dealers with a great source of sales.
The Customer Support Agent role involves responding to customer enquiries and concerns using Zopim (live chat) and Zendesk (email).
Zopim responses will mainly be through the use of preset triggers and shortcuts (canned responses). At the moment, we expect that you will receive about fifteen chats per hour, but our customer base is constantly growing!
You will also be responsible for responding to Zendesk enquiries. You can typically respond to Zendesk enquiries with preset answers as well. So, while you will need a basic understanding of carwow for the role, the majority of questions can be responded to using the preset answers.
This will ideally be a long-term project. The hours are Monday through Friday 9am to 5:30pm BST.
