Description
Experience Level: Intermediate
9921 word documents need to be translated from English to Japanese. Need translators with high accuracy and attention to detail. Small sample test is needed. Please quote your best rate.
If quality is good, after 9921 words done, you will be invited to translate the following 28,762 words.
Test:
4. All units will be either fitted with an external display to indicate the internal temperature of the unit or alternatively a thermometer gauge will be provided inside each unit. These displays are intended for advice only and should not be used for accurately recording the temperature on the log report.
5. Temperature readings must be taken using a probe thermometer, which has been properly calibrated. Thermometers are calibrated externally on an annual basis but a weekly check can also be carried out in house. To undertake this calibration test ice should be placed in small pieces in a container and a small amount of water should be added. The probe should be placed in the slightly melting mixture and agitated. The temperature after 3 minutes should read 0°C. If there is a significant deviation from this temperature (e.g. more than +/- 1°C) then the probe thermometer requires external calibration. A second test may be conducted using a boiling pan of water. Once the water has been brought to the boil the probe should be placed inside the pan but away from the base of the pan so that the temperature recorded is representative of the water. The temperature after the thermometer has stabilised should read 100°C. If calibrating at high altitude calibration is still to be +/- 1°C relative to local boiling point. Ice slurry calibration is recommended in this instance. If there is a significant deviation from this temperature (e.g. more than +/- 1°C) then the probe thermometer requires external calibration.
