I need employment law advice to decide whether I will take my employer to tribunal.
I'm currently in dispute with them for the following reasons:
- only paying me 50% pay when taking days off for interviews (been made redundant)
- sick pays not being paid (contract States to the discretion of employer - however any sick days pre-redundancy were paid - no sick paid during redundancy. Feel there is discrimination here as reasons for all sick days have been related to back issues/injury
- compensation for negligence in the workplace. No assessment of my back problems, don't believe proper procedures were carried out to look after me with my back issues.

Looking for a qualified solicitor in employment law that has experience in taking cases to tribunal
