Job Description
Hi All
I am looking to start a series of projects or one large project for anyone who is skilled in all the necasary areas. I am looking obviosly for someone with with the skills and a proven track record in each area. Feel free to price for a section or for the whole thing if you can demostrate competance in all areas my work is as follows.
A) I am to start two seperate email campaigns. One to target Landlords, offering our services for repairs , safety checks. One to resteraunts care homes etc offering maintenance contracts. I aim to strike up an ongoing relationship with the winning bidder and would like a price for the initial letters, but would also like to drip feed the letters and constantly split test so would also like a price for tweaking. I have many other letters and offers in the pipeline and so am looking to work alongside the winning bidder for many years to come.
B) Looking for strategic landing pages designed to work hand in hand with the sales letters designed to capture details of interested customers and written in a sales style.
C) looking for an overhaul of my website www.aquaflamenortheast.com to make it work a lot harder for me than it does now this project would include some seo
D) Looking for some web devolpment to enable my site to give quotes online for central heating systems and bathroom quotes something a bit like the one shown here http://www.gasangelheating.co.uk/online-quotation.htm but maybe an automated version.
The main skills I am looking from the sales marketing angle.

C. S. on 02/07/2009 10:29Hi David
I write copy for both e-campaigns and landing pages but do not do design work or send the campaigns out myself. Would you still be interested in a bid for sales copy itself?
Regards
Claire
B. W. on 03/07/2009 11:08Hi David,
Would it be possible for you to contact me directly about this project? It is currently impossible to provide an accurate quote due to the number of variables and I cannot view your site at the moment.
The work would still need to go through PPH but a more direct conversation would save a lot of time in terms of defining your exact requirements. If you dont get these right at the beginning, the end product probably wont work particularly well.
I have previosuly built a complete marketing system which included a marketing campaing, microsites right through to an administration system tracking client subscription to an event.
The company I built this for is very happy and I work with them on a yearly basis now to handle the technical side of their marketing activity.
I am technically able to take care of all of your requirements but essentially it comes down to firming up the specification and deciding on your budget.
Regards,
Ben White
R. H. on 06/07/2009 00:23Hi David,
Many thanks for the invitation to bid for your project.
I am afraid that I am so busy at the moment that I am not taking on any more new clients, however, I very much appreciate the vote of confidence.
Rather annoyingly, PPH does not allow you to add a message when you reject an invitation (which I discovered just now when I rejected yours), so please forgive the convoluted method of communication I have had to employ.
Good luck with your project.
Best
Rupert
Here are some practical tips on staying safe
- Never pay any money to Clients and or provide sensitive details like your Bank information, Credit Card or Passwords
- Never accept a Job if you have been directed away from PeoplePerHour to another website
- Be cautious when providing your personal contact details (email, telephone number, instant message ID etc) before your Bid is accepted
- If you have been asked to send samples, put a watermark on them or send low resolution examples to avoid being exposed and not getting paid
- Don’t start work before your Bid is accepted and your Escrow deposit is made
- Keep your Escrow account topped up and ensure that you use the Private Message Board to track all pertinent details about the Job e.g. timelines, deliverables etc
- Before you supply final works to Clients, ensure you have adequate funds in Escrow
