Ebook selling website

I am looking for someone who can create an ebook selling website with the following details:

General description:

It's an ebook simple selling website and will be divided into different categories. The buyer will be able to select the book he wants, pay for it and then downlaod the book. The system should be automated and a search box will be required.

Back-end(admin)
admin page should contain the following features:
-add/remove category
-add/remove/edit books (picture, description, download link)
-blacklist IP

Payment integration
- integration with webmoney (documentation will be provided)
-integration with paypal

The usage of open source code is not prohibited as long as it gets customized to our need. The time frame is critical for us.
