Title:E-learning courses for Online Induction Portal

Location:Anywhere

Job Description

I would like to create induction e-learning programs for my OIP (online induction portal). Once the e-learning courses are created they will be deployed through InductBox own Learning Management System. The Programs should have the following features built in:

1.Monitor who has completed the induction;

2.Send automated emails to persons to encourage them to complete the training;

3.Test employees knowledge of the induction process;

4.Ask them relevant questions and initiate tasks based on their respones (e.g. send an employee further information).

If you can just develop the program and not do the above 4 additions I am happy to also speak to you.

The courses can be designed either through Flash, Microsoft Content Viewer or any other platform that will deliver the programs efficiently and effectively. I will give you examples of similar courses and designs for you to get a feel. I would also like video presenters on the program delivering the courses - however if you cannot do the video presenter then please specify as I can source video presenters to present over the program independently.

Hello

As you'll see from my profile, I have a number of years of experience as an eLearning developer working for some of the most respected companies in the UK and even the world.

I recently launched a Flash-based eLearning courseware that allows for the creation of such eLearning quickly and easily, but above all in a way that makes it possible for the client to edit and update whenever they want, without necessarily having to come back to me. This of course gives a client much more freedom and keeps costs down. You still have the freedom to come back to me if you wish, but it's no longer a necessity.

I'm very interested in your project as it's exactly the kind of thing that I do, but cannot place a bid yet without further information:

Who is developing the content?

How interactive should the eLearning be?

How large (roughly) should each module be?

Thanks

Hi Mr. Slough
Few question i request you to make clear before proceeding
1- Do you give story board or we have create that as well, if we have to create then would you give us material or that also we have to create and if you give us the material then would that be a hard copy or soft copy
2- What is the level of interactivity you want
3- Would it be scorm compliance or AICC
4- Do we have to deploy it on LMS or just give you learning course

We are experiencved company and have done lots many work for Uk companies in E learning
Thanks

Hi

My first message was blocked because it contained a link to a product of mine that seems to be ideal for this job. If you Google "mercury scorm" you'll find it.

Anyway, as you'll see from my profile I have a number of years of experience doing this kind of thing - and for some big clients - and I'm very interested in the project. I need more information though:

Who's developing the content? If you, how will the content be delivered?

How interactive should these resources be?

How large (roughly) is each module?

Thanks

Wow, apparently I'm not even allowed to point you to an example that demonstrates my ability to complete this project.

That's pretty unimpressive. They didn't even bother to notify me of the deletion.

Regardless, I still need to know who's writing the content and how it will be delivered, how interactive the resources need to be and how large (roughly) they are.
