Drupal website build

I'm looking for a dependable freelancer who can assist me with building a Drupal based website. The work will include the following tasks;

- upgrade Drupal 6.20 to 6.22
- create/configure content types/views, panels
- install and configure Facebook plugin
- install and configure Tweeter plugin
- install and configure newsletter plugin
- install and configure survey plugin
- configure jCarousel
- configure "related content"
- configure banner ad rotation
- configure premium content
- configure topic hubs
- configure taxonomy
- document configuration steps (incl screenshots where appropriate)

It is extremely important that we work closely on this project so good and regular communication will be paramount throughout the engagement.
