We are a small independent cleaning company in Leicester. We have recently diversified from strictly commercial to include domestic cleaning.

We are now offering external property services to peoples homes. Window cleaning, pressure washing and gutter cleaning as well as internal carpet cleaning.

In order to get the word out on these new services we spent a little bit on some decent marketing materials and landing pages for the new services.

We have had a go at promoting these services ourselves through adwords. However the whole thing so far has been a dismall failure.

We have only received a handful of leads, we know the customers are out there when we go canvassing door to door we pick up loads of work.

The remit will be as follows:

1. To analyze our whole internet presence to see if there is a glaring issue.
2. To create a tightly focused adword campaign that will keep spend to the absoloute minimum, whilst still generating traffic.

We will expect candididates to have an excellent working knowledge of all the tips and tricks to get traffic for low costs. We will also expect to see different campaigns for each service and split testing of adds etc. etc.

I wish to be clear on several points. I do not want to hear from large marketing companies. I want one dedicated proffessional who really knows what they are doing to sort this. I want someone i can get to know and trust, i do feel sometimes this work is like giving someone a blank cheque.

I also do not want to sign up to a monthly management fee. Before you all start howling its an ongoing process, it needs to be reviewed etc.etc. I realize this but it is simply not in the budget.

My plan is to monitor it myself for awhile tweek where i can delete any keywords that are costing to much. When its in a total mess get you back in to sort it.

To that end you will work on our current adwords campaign. Then i can log in to see progress you will have free reign , delete it all and start again if you see the need. I know the tricks of putting half a dozen keywords up and going for coffee so i want to see some work done for the money.

So please bid as a one off project price, i would envisage about a day to get something up and running. I have anylitics running on all five sites so there is some data to look at to get started.
