Developer Wanted to Create Amazon ASIN Lookup Through Amazon's Open API

General information for the business: We sell a variety of product on multiple retail channels which include Amazon,eBay, etc.
Description of requirements/functionality: I need an application that is Windows 7 64-bit compatible to query Amazon MWS with a bulk list of UPC's to find valid ASINs and return valid ASIN, sales rank, number of AFN (Amazon Fulfillment Network) Competitors, number of MFN (Merchant Fulfillment Network) Competitors, Buybox price, Merchant Name in buybox, Merchant fulfilled lowest price with shipping factored in, Merchant fulfilled highest price with shipping factored in, Amazon fulfilled lowest price, Amazon fulfilled highest price, category & product title. Also, we'd like to have a reverse lookup feature where we can select an Amazon category and it will return all items within that category with all the details aforementioned. The application should efficiently handle 50,000 UPC's at a time and produce results that can be exported to a spreadsheet format (excel/CSV/txt) for further processing. The application should be able to handle items that return duplicate answers for ASIN's (1 upc, 3 ASINS, for example). Each of the duplicates should show on it's own row.
