We have a questionable developer building a bespoke php, Cron system for us but we need a developer to review what coding is in place and then a new job could be given to fill in the gaps and iron out the bugs. We basically need to finish this system but we don't know were we stand. We believe our current developer has hit a wall and is now out of his depth.
