We are currently looking for a couple of Developers to join our team. We’re ultimately after people who are flexible, fast learners, love to solve problems and get things done and are practical in their approach to software development.
We need people who are either strong back-end/DBA or front-end but ultimately you’ll be a generalist at heart and your skills will compliment a well rounded team.
All new project work is undertaken as part of a cross functional, agile delivery, team so the ability to collaborate well with non technical people is key. While this first and foremost a coding role your ability to communicate effectively with all stake holders, from business owners through to design, is imperative.
Reporting directly into the Tech Director these are pure coding roles with no requirements for people management although it is important you are a driven self starter, happy to work autonomously.
This position will be based in Farringdon, London and will include out of hours on-call responsibilities. All candidates must be eligible to work in the UK to be considered.
Primary Responsibilities

• DBA focused you’ll be comfortable managing and supporting the full development infrastructure (Developer’s local dev environment, continuous integration services, subversion source control, test and development IIS servers). You'll need to have a good understanding of RDBMS and have strong experience with Microsoft SQL Server 2008 in a clustered environment.
