We are in need of an online marketing strategy for our graduate programme.
The objectives are:
-Utilise the most effective and appropriate social media platforms to 'recruit' high potential graduates.
• To develop a markcomms strategy that serves to attract high potential individuals to the Graduate Programe
• To ensure consistent candidate engagement through various platforms with the purposes of retaining captured candidates through creative and content marketing.
• To reduce the cost of marketing initiatives by identifying cost effectve marketing and communications channels that leverage and integrate the desired target market without comprimisng the quality of the candidates.
• To develop and leverage brand perception of ‘employer brand of choice’
The company already has a careers website, facebook page and a recently activated twitter page. Keen on exploring linkedIn and other appropriate channels. The ultimate goal is to drive traffic to the channels and develop a rentention and engagement strategy
