Description
Experience Level: Expert
General information for the business: Supplementary Education Business - Tutoring Centres
Industry: Education
Geographical areas: London, Luton, Crawley and UK.
Data to include: We are a successful tutoring centre in Croydon with over 450 students attending on a weekly basis. We are now looking to expand our centres across London and UK.
We are looking for a very thorough and detailed document with the following information:
Summary, Objectives, Existing Knowledge, Intended Outcomes, Demographics - number of primary and secondary schools, total children, % of ethnic minorities from which backgrounds, exact number of black/white/Asian children etc. Data Collection - template surveys we can use. Research Methodology, competitor analysis of national tutoring centres such as Explore Learning/Kumon and on independent competitors) and their methodology of teaching with identifying total students on their books by calling them up and their charges, Timeline, Proposed Budgets, Ethical Considerations, Further Outcomes, Market Trends, Potential Marketing Methods - Is there a town centre in the local area and SWOT analysis - greater emphasis on threats. Advertising and Research. There should be data displayed in graphs, tables etc.
Also we would need a separate excel document with ALL Primary and Secondary schools in the area including prep, private, grammar and state schools. This should also be shown on a map so we can identify all the schools in the area on a map so we are able to see the amount of schools located near the location we choose.
There should also be an Appendix to support the Market Research document such as documents like the following:
file:///C:/Users/Oscar%20Ally/Downloads/Borough%20Profile%202009.pdf
Any creative ideas that we believe would add value for our understanding to improve our research would be very beneficial too.
We would like this research for the following areas:
Croydon, Merton, Lewisham, Southwark, Bromley, Luton and Crawley.
However we would like the this market research to be done specifically for Lewisham and once this is done to a high standard we will award you all market research for other boroughs which will hopefully allow us to build a long-term relationship.
The following should take place:
Step 1 - Market Research Contents Page - and what each chapter will cover.
Step 2 - First Draft
Step 3 - Final Draft.
Step 4 - Invoice Released.
This should be done to such a high standard where we'll be able to make a decision with just reading this document.
Please send us why you would be to work with us in the long-term, a covering letter, proposals, your CV and any other supporting documents!
Thanks!
