Description
Experience Level: Intermediate
We are looking for somebody to develop a H bridge type PCB to drive 2 x 180v DC motors using PWM via Arduino.
We are using the Leonardo for it's USN keyboard capability.
Motor specs are 180v DC. Max load current of each motor = 1.2A.
Input is 220v AC.
For the sake of completeness of information, the motors drive a wormgear gearbox with a max speed of 85RPM and Torque of 10Nm. The PWM function will allow speeds of 0 RPM to Max (85 RPM).
We anticipate this will be done using MOSFET architecture, but we are open to look at all solutions that provide user safety.
Please quote on price and lead time.
