Design a Web Banner

Hi,
I need an image for my web banner which is selling attendance machine.
The image is the combination/blending of 3 images : employees(preferable Asian), office and factory, which is relevant to my product (attendance machine).
The images are strictly photos.
Transition line in between images should be seamless.
The final image should give the feel of professionalism and has the clear & clean look which is suitable for the white background of my web banner.
I have no issue on the source of the images.
I've attached 2 sample images which represent accepted and rejected image.
