Deed

I require a Deed drafting reflecting that I have investments in my name only but are in fact made from me and my wife\'s joint monies and that we share the income and gains jointly. Thus the legal and beneficial interests are on trust for us jointly . If HMRC made an enquiry in the future I want to be able to show the Deed to support the fact that they are joint investments. I am a non practising solicitor and quite rusty in the field of Trusts/Deeds.
