L. O. on 17/11/2010 13:36Dear Yinka
We have worked with many similar project and we feel we can exceed your expectations. We are a London based organisation and we will be pleased to meet with you face to face. In order for us to put together an accurate quote, could you please supply me with the answers to the following questions:
1) Have you already purchased web space and a domain for your site?
a. If so, please provide your FTP username and password (and your control panel login username and password • only needed if purchasing a CMS).
2) How many pages (exc. Homepage) would you like for your website? (Can you provide content and any images?
3) Do you have any preferences on colour or layout? (i.e have you seen another website you like the look of?)
4) Do you need a logo designed? (If not please provide your logo in psd format if possible)
5) Do you require a Content Management System so you can easily edit content yourself? (We offer WordPress, Joomla or Drupal for this)
6) How much Search Engine Optimization do you require, if any? (We provide basic onsite SEO such as meta tags, alt tags, links, page names, as well as offsite ongoing SEO such as link building, article writing, forum and blog posting etc)
7) Do you require any special features? (i.e guestbook, forum, gallery, shopping cart)
8) Would you like to spend time with your web designer during the process of your website creation? (This will be at our West Wickham premises)

Y. M. on 17/11/2010 14:22Dear Lavdrim,
I have provided some responses where possible:
1) I have registered 2 domain names, oco.uk and .com but haven't bought any web space/ hosting for them yet.
2) This would need some discussion but i'd predict between 10 and 15. But the design conversations may enable me to create the same content with fewer pages, hence a need for an expert! I will provide content but i'd like the images provided if possible.
3) I'm looking for a subtle, discreet & sophisticated look. I like the look and feel of eharmony.co.uk
4) Yes please, i'd need a logo
5) I would like to be able to edit the content
6) This would need some discussion. For the first 3 months (to end Feb) alot of the marketing will be word of mouth and manual handing out leaflets, and personal invitations. After Feb I will needing to increase the visibility of the site on the web
7) I'd like a guest book in the future potentially the ability to purchase services/ products (but not just yet). The privacy settings that are built in will be very key.
8) I definitely would like and need to be able to spend time with the designer as the concept is very different to what already exists.
9) None at the moment. But looking forward to being able to have the opportunity to sit down with a designer to explore my idea and translate that into a website.
Thanks
