You indicated an interest in a contract I posted on people 4 business relating to me planning a dating site which will be powered by an off-the-shelf program.

Please feel free to give either set prices or an hourly price with an estimate for the number hours likely to be involved for the whole project or for specific aspects of the whole process.

I have decided that I will be using Skadate and, in particular a modified version of one of their design templates. Some functions will be added and or modified, as need be, by a programmer. In short, a mix of design and programming is needed.

DESIGN
I am aiming for a light but reasonably stylish look for the site • (more like a daytime café than a nightclub).

For the sake of simplicity, overall the style will be based on a modification of a Skadate template - changing of colours, removing background photos that are incorporated into the design and changing the look of some of the buttons.

I do not plan to have photos of people on the homepage • but would prefer very simply drawn and friendly cartoon figures to be incorporated into it.

I am keen on homepage major buttons (join, log in, etc having a bounce upon rollover effect as on the following template (n.b. this is not a Skadate template) http://www.templatehelp.com/preset/pr_preview.php?i=18961&pr_code=288Xjgf0ULQVWMM1Nx4rP7RB00k92w
The option of having other buttons, with a similar bounce effect throughout the site would be nice but is not essential (a separate price indication might be appropriate for this).

Additionally, I like the “?” buttons on the faqs page of http://www.mysinglefriend.com/info_faq/faq.php
and the rollover information balloon feature on http://www.mysinglefriend.com/ when rolling over the highlighted text on that page. Via the content management system (if possible), I would like the facility to, myself, insert similar “?” buttons, and also to be able to format text that has rollover information balloons.

I shall utilise the facility (already in program) to input and modify blocks of text on the site, myself but may require some changes for it to be formatted in an attractive style.

PROGRAMMING
I would like to incorporate the facility for promo codes into the site (the promo codes being used to obtain discounted memberships) • please supply a separate price if expensive - though I believe the facility may be achievable via Google analytics.

A price indication for performing a site stress test should be listed separately.

Some general assistance may be required to generally ensure the site is set-up and running smoothly.

I shall most likely need regular ongoing support, to be arranged separately.
