Date entry from web database

Using the Microsoft Partner database of 26819 entries for the UK I would like create a database of the Company Name, Address, Phone number and web address, that can be copied and pasted into a excel spreadsheet.

I may split the task into a number of segments to be completed by multiple people.

The task can be completed over a period of 3/4 months with delivery and payment on a 2 weekly basis.
