Database Restructure and Front End

Have an existing Db containing around 10-12m customer records which is used to drive Call Centre and Email marketing activity. The Db has around 50-60 fields which are not complete for all records.

Need the following development:

- 5-6 extracts to order per month
- Optimisation/restructure of Db
- Automatic updates to Db to reflect result feedbacks from Dialler and Email system
- Provision of user friendly front end to allow user extracts
