Preferred MS Access / SQL / PHP / MYSQL however will consider anything. Some aspects will need to be available over an intranet (web based).System is quite simple, although there are some complex intricacies. System currently running in paper form with some spreadsheets and can be seen. Prefer local developer (or willing to travel) for future changes / on-going improvments. Fixed price to start, then hourly for improvments.
