Data Base and PHP Programmer required

Looking for programmers who are experienced in setting up databases using MYSQL and PHP or similar for an upcoming desktop-based website.

TASK:
We need a simple database set up that works with the following features:

1. User registration and login.

2. User accounts that will be updated on a daily basis by users.

3. One key piece of user-updated information will be numerical data in the form of a score that they each keep.

4. The score from each user can then be added to all the other registered user's scores to give a grand total score.

5. This grand total can be displayed on a communal web page along with the current top 10 individual user scores. These pieces of data will change on a daily basis as they get updated across the website.


INTEGRATION:
The CSS styling and graphic design will be already set up so we're looking for someone who can integrate the database and user account features within out existing design.

CV / RESUME /PORTFOLIO:
Please provide several examples of websites you have programmed for. We are looking for samples of solid, working functionality.

MOBILE DISPLAY:
We want to simultaneously release a mobile version of this website with similar functionality and access to the database. Knowledge in this area is advantageous.

TIMING:
Can you clearly specify in your bid an estimate of how long this project may take.
