Job Description

we are looking for a data inputter, who can populate an excel spread sheet with products.

We have over 10,000 products that we need to put onto a spreadsheet.

The fields that require inutting are general:
product sku, category path, product name, product desc, product price, product image, product currency, publish product, product special, manufacturer name and product stock.

The details are taken from a combination of our manufacturer website (image url paths and descriptions are on there) and a product sheet that we will provide to you. They both need marrying up and accurately transcribed into the spreadsheet. Its a lot of cutting and pasting!

So in essence its a bit of a jigsaw, taking data from a price list provided and then photo's, description of products from a website to put onto the spreadsheet.

I will pay an hourly rate and will gauge the input levels accordingly, based on how many are inputted in the hour and quality of input!!! The latter being very important!

I need this project to start immediately, subject to the right inputter.

I have attached a spreadsheet, which shows a brief description of what you will be expected input. I will supply full details to successful inputter.

Having put together some very detailed databases for both the NHS and private sector companies, I'm a little concerned that the product_s_desc field in your example is empty ... and that anyone would have a great deal of difficulty distinguishing individual items in the image files well enough to accurately list them when it comes to the product_thumb_image field.

Would you clarify, please, what you expect to find in the product_s_desc field, and how your inputter could make sure they've got the items in the image correct. Would the details they're looking for be in the product sheet you provide?

I have advanced Excel skills with particular expertise in formulas and manipulation of data. I currently work in Project management.

I pay attention to detail with regards to Inputting of data with little/no margin of error.
