We're hiring one more VA. You should be reliable, highly communicative, helpful and really have a passion for customer service to join our team and become part of the family!
WE SPECIFICALLY NEED SOMEONE TO COVER THE LIVE CHAT BETWEEN THE HOURS OF 8AM - 8PM EST. You should be someone who is always on your computer and able to respond easily. WE HAVE LOW VOLUME of chats.
We are a publishing company with some exciting new products. Will you join us for our next ground-up exciting mission?
WHO ARE WE?
We are a business influencer with 350,000 Twitter followers and many media appearances. Naturally this will be a GREAT experience for the right candidate. There is a LOT of training provided, but we want to help you become a confident independent worker leading your department. There is a LOT of room for autonomy here, you just need to build trust by showing your skills and being reliable and competent!
DUTIES
> help arrange interviews for radio, speaking events, podcasts, newspapers etc
> email and live chat customer support (fairly low volume at the moment)
> dealing with admin tasks - chasing up with people for things we need
> managing and responding to general company emails efficiently
> helping generate quotes for customers
> helping to advertise and shortlist new freelancers we need
> helping to coordinate tasks happening in various departments
> responding to and helping manage some social media accounts Facebook and Twitter
> help collect reviews
> help to put together small training documents for internal use
> remotely answer and make some calls using our VOIP phone system (we pay)
SOFT SKILLS
> Being a cheerful person who is a delight to work with.
> You are passionate about being part of a team and doing your part to help reach goals
> Multi-tasking is ESSENTIAL in this position there are loads of things happening at once
> You need to have EXCELLENT conversational English to deal with us and customers well
> Professional and methodical approach to work and a strong work ethic. Reliable and approachable
> Attention to detail is SO necessary in this role. We don't want to have to keep repeating the same instructions or micro-manage your work. Please tell me the color of the ocean first in your cover letter. If you don't do this. I'll know you haven't really fully read the information and I won't hire you. Don't forget to do this as it will knock you out of the running for the role

> Stable and reliable internet. You can't do any of this work without reliable internet
> A backup plan if you have brownouts for electricity and internet connectivity
> A workspace at home you can work without interruptions
** MONEY **
The salary and opportunities will grow as you become more experienced within the company. We have received 'incubator funding' so budgets are a bit tight at the moment. As the product sells we will get more funding and the pay will increase commensurate with your value to our company. If you do great, and stick with us you will receive additional work which will add to your income.
We have a budget of $100p/m per staff member and we need to hire two people. WE SPECIFICALLY NEED SOMEONE TO WORK 8AM - 8PM EST.
We'd expect that you will have this role plus continue with some other freelancing work at the same time. As this role expands the income WILL be multiplied. So please don't apply if you can't start at that budget.
Our budget is FIXED at the moment. We are not paying hourly, but we will ask you below to tell us how many hours maximum a day you can work for us specifically. The answer here will affect if we can hire you or not.
We are incubator funded on this project so cannot commit higher budgets at the moment until the project is smoothly delivering the expected returns.

I can help with email and chat support alone. Can I submit my proposal and will it be considered? And, that also 3-4 hrs per day, 7 days a week? With proven experience (10+ yrs) in US, UK, domestic compaines (you know about these companies!)
