Title:Customer Followup Calls

Location:Anywhere

Job Description

Hi,

We need someone to make courtesy \'followup\' calls to customers of our Autocentre.

Within 3 days of the customer\'s car being repaired, he/she should be called to make sure everything is okay and to ask some basic scripted questions about the experience and record details missing from our database (such as email address etc).

This would be a 3 month contract ( following a weeks trial) that we may look to extend if successful.

We would expect between 5 - 10 calls per day. Each call should last no longer than 5 minutes plus time spent recording the details and/or providing feedback by email to our service team.

So this would fit perfectly as an \'add on\' activity to a flexible freelancer.

We would prefer a \'price per successful call\' quote (please note that we would expect 3 attempts to be made to contact a customer on 3 separate occasions before being abandoned)

We have run a successful trial period for this activity in-house but would now like to outsource it.

Many thanks,
Andre
