CSS3 Theme and logo design

We are looking for a strong css3 designer who can give our site a fresh coat of paint. We are happy with the general layout, but need to give the site a consistent look and feel.

The type of design we are looking for will be clean and modern looking and we would like the core of the design to use css3 for styling.

We have an idea of the colours we would like to use and the existing layout works for our purposes. Examples of elements that need styling include - The standard html elements, Backround colours / gradients , image containers, buttons, menus, and a featured content slider.
