Invoice payment collections for Small Services business

Work-load:
10-15 invoices per month with 1-3x follow-ups each
Phone calls should be conducted on Tuesdays and Thursdays,
follow-up emails to clients afterwards

Skills:
- very good self-management skills (the credit control support should take over full responsibility over the invoice portfolio and manage collection self-sufficiently)

- must have very good communications skills (phone and email)
- reasonable computer skills (emails)
- MUST be UK based and MUST have time available to allocate to this job
