Title:credit control, debt chasing

we are a 20 person company in Clerkenwell, London EC1 - we are a photographic agency - and license nature, news and travel photos to book publishers, magazines, newspapers, design companies, calendar companies, etc. mainly in the UK but also around the world - most of the invoices we send out are sub-£1000 and we have a large number of customers who need reminding and chasing to pay their bills! We need someone for two days (flexible) a week to work with the accounts team (of two) to help with this. It will involve email and spreadsheet and some phone calls - our accounts package is Sage Line 50 so good experience with this is a benefit but not essential. Thw work needs to be carried out in our office initially but there may be an opportunity for it to be done remotely if things work out. Depending on how it works out the 2 days may be able to become one day a week - as with all debt chasing, a little and often is the recipe!
