Creating page from design for CSS on PHP/MySQL site

Looking for a number of talented, trustworthy, honest and pleasant PHP/MySQL & CCS page creators for a project.

Hours required could be from two or three hours a month but for the right person/people could be several days (or evenings/weekends if this is your second job) on a regular basis.

You must have a steady and level personality, be able to communicate well, get on with other team members and be able to collaborate towards a common goal.

I have one particular page for which I am taking bids and which is very urgent - Creating a page for CSS - but am also interested if you cannot commit now but feel you may fit the criteria for future proposals.
