I found a fantastic, self-motived and committed individual through People per Hour who now generates leads and sales for all areas of my business, still on a commission-only basis, but she offers similar services to 2 other companies.

I would like a clone, please!

We would like to increase our website sales, and as well as all the bespoke services we offer, we also provide a sophisticated, feature-rich entry-level site that we aim to sell in volume.

We urgently need very self-motivated and drive commission-only lead generators to get website business. You do not need to sell the site. You will need to cold-call, warm prospective clients up and where applicable pass us the lead. Where we convert that lead, you will receive 10% of the total order value. Our average sale price is £8,000, so you would stand to make £800 just for generating a quality, qualified lead that we convert.

A more complex site might cost the client £12,000 ad we would pay you £1,200 if this lead came from you.

We have a fixed rate of commission for the entry-level sites.

Please don\'t bid if you fall at the first hurdle or lose interest after a week. Successful commission-only lead generators tend to be a special breed - people who are driven to amass a solid pipeline that will generate significant financial return. I would like bids from those people.

Be cautious when providing your personal contact details (email, telephone number, instant message ID etc) before your Bid is accepted
If you have been asked to send samples, put a watermark on them or send low resolution examples to avoid being exposed and not getting paid
Don’t start work before your Bid is accepted and your Escrow deposit is made
Keep your Escrow account topped up and ensure that you use the Private Message Board to track all pertinent details about the Job e.g. timelines, deliverables etc
Before you supply final works to Clients, ensure you have adequate funds in Escrow
