I'm looking for someone to develop and initially maintain a cloud-based multi-tenant SOLR search server.
The SOLR implementation should use all standard features, include use account-specific synonyms, attribute weighting, fuzzy search per account, etc.
An administration portal should also be created to enable users to configure their accounts, as well as automatically generate API keys, user name and passwords - plus integrated with the Recurly subscription billing API.
