Classic ASP, Javascript/JQuery, Google Maps API v3 Developer

The aim is to create google maps mashup something between http://www.mapitat.com and the demo at www.properties-world.com. Think of it as something like like www.properties-world.com but with a list on the side and looking nicer (like http://www.mapitat.com). For an experience google maps developer this should not take more than just a few hours or a day. Data will be provided (SQL Server, lat/long). Bids outside the UK need to provide previous examples of Google Maps API v3 work.
