Hi my problem is , I had a business account with Amazon.co.uk and they closed my account for silly malicious reasons. That's not the point. The point is they are holding my money for 90 days and they had conformed in their email that they will pay me on 17t March 2014. I tried to access to my account now you have restricted me to login my own account to see illegitimate and unauthorized refunds from my out standing balance. I have sent at least 4 emails in 7 days in relation to my disbursement on 17th, they have not replied back and it looks like they do not have any intention to reply back. I googled it they have done this a lot of sellers and have been keeping their money.

Amazon register office base on Luxembourg and money claim can not be made company based outside of the Europe. They had sent me an email 60 days ago that they will make payment on 17th March 2014. Now on what basis w can sue amazon to recover my money.
