Change GoDaddy template with CSS Coding

Description of requirements/features: On GoDaddy I will make it work but I want the page to look like the www.ricketyrack.com

Description of every page: I am creating an ecommerce store with Godaddy quick cart. It is not live yet. I am still loading the products. But in the meantime want to finalize the look and template.

Need a person who is familiar with using CSS to customize a GoDaddy Template.

I have a GoDaddy Quick Shopping Cart that needs to have the template modified via the custom CSS option so that they are all cohesive. This person must be familiar with using CSS to customize a GoDaddy Template.

We would like to get the new template/skin done as soon as possible, and again, we are open to all suggestions.

Please send me any template redesigns that you have completed, if you have Godaddy experience that is a plus. Also let me know what I would need to provide to complete this project
