Title:Business Directory Website Required

We require someone to produce a business directory website similar to the following:

We do not require it to be as complex as this one.
Our main requirements are:
1. The main page must be similar to the one above but the advert banner at the top needs to be below the title and menu buttons.
2. We require the search box
3. We would like the business categories listed as are on this site
3. Require the square ad banner on the right
4. We do not require all the menu pages. We will require at least 3 or 4 pages which will just contain text.
5. All adverts will be paid, however we require a way to add listing that will stand out more and contain more info. These must be shown at the top of the category.
We will be adding listings ourselves so we must be able to do this with ease.
We would like this project completed as soon as possible, so please specify how quickly you can get this done.
