Building regulations / structural calculations for loft conversion

i would like an experienced person that has good sound knowledge in designing loft conversions using autocad. the drawings need to be done to the latest building regs 2011 with existing and proposed plans, elevations and sections being drawn up, also needing the full specification for builders. these drawings will need to be approved by building control so i need someone that is familiar with all detail. the design will be a hip to gable design with a rear dormer, ensuite and large window to new proposed bedroom and two skylights.
