Job Description

I bought into a franshise and find there literature does not work for my targeted corporate market.
I need to find someone who can be creative, clear and concise.
I can provide a business plan for background and focus, photos (would need some munipulation) and past literature.
The business in a box i bought is from www.mylittlewrapper.co.uk
I am having my own website built as we speak and have my own logo and you can see the gradual workings of it at www.wrapmybar.com and the behind the scenes the proper site is being built at www.wrapmybar.com/store
I would need a strap line that is better than 'personalised chocolate wrappers' too and would award the project to the person with some ideas.
Look forward to working with you.
I would need you to start asap.
This project would be ongoing. I prefer a fixed fee if possible.

Hi Louisa

Many thanks for inviting me to bid on your project.

I love the personalised chocolate wrapper - what a great idea. I would really enjoy the opportunity of working with you on this and can see massive potential if correctly branded and marketed.

My initial thoughts are that primarily you have two distinct target groups: corporate clients wishing to produce an original and light hearted product and consumers who want to mark a special celebration.

Of course, both markets will need to be addressed specifically and individually to get a good response. I can go into more detail on this if we decide to work together. I totally agree that you need a new strapline that will resonate with both target groups.

Before I can put a realistic price together I need to know exactly what I am quoting for. Is it a brochure, website copy, flyer or press release? Your guide price is £250; I am assuming this fee does not represent all the items mentioned.

Looking forward to hearing back from you.

Kind regards

Sue Dunn

Thats correct Sue, It was just a broad fixed fix that we would go into more detail about with the specifics later!
All the above in the title would be needed but if we can start of with just 1 or 2 that would be great. If you could quote on the website copy and press release i can give you some material to start with.
I want to concentrate on marketing the corporate market for promotional products as we have 2 sizes that can be custom made. The potential for chocolate business cards and give-aways is what i need to get across.
As you have seen from the my little wrapper website they are focusing more on the consumer market.
look forward to hearing from you.

Hi Louisa
What a lovely product - I am sure you will have great success with your new venture.
I would love to bid on this project but I would need some further information:
1 How many pages will the brochure be and what will the finished page size be?
2 Will the leaflet be single or double sided?
3 Will you be supplying the basic text for the advertorial and the press release or is this to be researched and written from scratch?
4 Is the charge of £250 for the initial creation of the brochure with further items being charged separately on a per job basis - or were you offering this as an overall price?
If you could let me know the above information I would be happy to submit a quote.
Thank you
Valerie

Hi Louisa

I see below you have stated a start would be to look at your website copy and a press release. Are you able to confirm what pages you envisage on the website in addition to the standard home page, contact us etc.

Thanks in advance
Rob
