General information for the business: We are a British Legion Club based in Hindhead, Surrey with 600+ members. Turnover £300K Mainly from Beer Sales and Machine Income

Description of support work: We require an individual who must be on site (cannot be done remotely) on a Tuesday and Thursday from 9.30am to 12.30pm (flexible but starting no later than 10.00am) to maintain the Clubs Bookkeeping and Payroll records. We currently use Sage for Bookkeeping and Iris PAYE Master for Payroll but this may change. You must be able to prepare and file VAT returns and RTI submissions for payroll. You must be able to use Excel competently and be able to take the trial balance from Sage and extract the figures from this report into a pre-written Excel reporting model for the Club's P&L and Balance Sheet. This is not an employed role. You should be self-employed preferably a limited company.
