General information for the business: We are a recruitment business, specialising in healthcare.
Description of support work: Kind of support: Balance Sheet, Budgeting, Cash Flow, Invoicing, P&L, Payroll, Report
Accounting software: Xero
We are recruitment business and we need a management accountant/bookkeeper to do the books of the business, reporting to our Financial Controller. 5-8 hours a week, flexible to suite own commitments.
On a weekly basis we would like a full management report and bookkeeping.
Tasks and reporting to include:
- weekly bank rec
- weekly PnL and BS
- debt chasing (minimal - most clients pay by DD)
- weekly cash in and cash out summary
- average key account spend calculations
- breakeven point reporting
- top 5 costs
- bills due next week
- trade debtors and trade creditor reporting
- actual v budget reporting
- sorting recurring invoices in Xero
- cashflow management and reporting
- weekly cashflow projection for the next 90 days
Bookkeeping package used is Xero.
Desired competencies:
- high attention to detail
- clear communication skills
- comfortable using Excel and Xero
- management reporting experience
-Credit control experience would be an added advantage.
Onsite and occasional remote working.
