S. J. on 05/08/2010 14:53Hello
What is the backlog for this job? When was the bank account last reconciled?, and which version of sage are you using?
Many thanks
K. U. on 06/08/2010 10:06Hi i can come over the weekends and bring your books uptodate. ? When was the last time the data was input onto sage. I live in hall green, so its quite close for me.
M. B. on 07/08/2010 20:53Hi, please could you advise if you would be happy for the work to be done remotely or if it needs to be done on site? Would you be happy to post or courier the source documents to me in Hampshire? (I would reimburse your mailing charges). Also if there is a deadline date for completion? Thanks, Margaret
G. S. on 01/09/2010 17:14Hi Chris
I would help me if you could supply answers to the following.
If we were to collect and deliver would that be acceptable to you?
Which release of Sage are you using?
Would you consider a Bureau process?
Thankyou fro your time
Best regards
Graham
Here are some practical tips on staying safe
- Never pay any money to Clients and or provide sensitive details like your Bank information, Credit Card or Passwords
- Never accept a Job if you have been directed away from PeoplePerHour to another website
- Be cautious when providing your personal contact details (email, telephone number, instant message ID etc) before your Bid is accepted
- If you have been asked to send samples, put a watermark on them or send low resolution examples to avoid being exposed and not getting paid
- Don’t start work before your Bid is accepted and your Escrow deposit is made
- Keep your Escrow account topped up and ensure that you use the Private Message Board to track all pertinent details about the Job e.g. timelines, deliverables etc
- Before you supply final works to Clients, ensure you have adequate funds in Escrow
Remember: if something looks too good to be true, it probably is!
